How To...

Map to the Perfect Martini

CHILL that glass 1st of all!
Vermouth is best kept at room temperature.
Booze (Vodka or Gin) is best kept chilled.
(I prefer Vodka... preferably Russian or Polish)
I even keep my booze in the freezer!

Put two or three FRESH ice cubes into your shaker.
BIG ice cubes are actually better because the density makes them colder.

Booze, and other liquids into the shaker, and shake gently (waltz time) 10 times . OR you can shake violently for 30 seconds--1 minute for an even colder drink, but it will be cloudy.
Pour OVER your garnish into your chilled glass.
Voila!

Welcome to my world... of the beautiful people... hehe...

Snacks?
Nothing does it like some CAVIAR!

On little melba toasts...
Preferably Beluga from north of the Caspian!
Maybe some cheesey breadsticks...
Pungent cheese is always good too.
