Classic Martini: 2 ounces of London dry gin, 1 ounce of French vermouth, and 1 dash of orange bitters, garnish with lemon peel or olive.
Dirty Martini: 4 ounces of gin or vodka, 1/2 ounce of dry vermouth w/ a tsp. of olive juice, garnish with an olive.
Dry Martini: 4 ounces of gin or vodka, 1/2 ounce of dry vermouth, garnish with a lemon twist or olive. An onion makes the drink a Gibson.
Sweet Martini: 1 1/2 ounces of dry gin, 3/4 ounce of sweet vermouth, garnish with lemon peel or olive.
Martini World Cosmo: 1 part vodka, 2 parts cranberry juice, a capful of Triple Sec, a splash of ginger ale. Shake & pour with a twist.
The Vesper or "007": (James Bond, Agent 007's DEADLY cocktail) Martini he named after a beautiful double agent he loved. ORIGINAL: 3 ounces of gin, 1 ounce of vodka, 1/2 ounce blond Lillet. Garnish with lemon peel & keep your eyes peeled for enemy agents! Now, this recipe later changed to VODKA, no gin at the urging of sponsor "Smirnoff".
Pearl Necklace:
1 oz. Pearl Vodka, 1/2 oz. Godiva white chocolate liqueur,splash of cream.
Shake over ice, strain and pour into a martini glass.
Cajun Martini: Pour a fifth of your favorite gin or vodka into a large jug, jar, or bottle. Add 2 or 3 fresh jalapeno peppers (sliced, seeded, and deveined), and a single red chili pepper. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 2 days. Shake with ice and vermouth in a 5 to 1 ratio. Garnish? More chilis?

Cognac Martini: 3 ounces of gin, 1/3 ounce Cognac (swirl Cognac to coat inside of glass, and pour out... add chilled gin from your shaker), garnish as desired.
"If I were President" Martini: Martini Mike's personal concoction! This is a twist on the traditional "Presidential"...
Ingredients are-2 ounces premium vodka, a few drops Martini & Rossi Extra Dry Vermouth, a splash of green olive juice. Pour mixture into shaker over 2-3 fresh ice cubes. Shake 10x to a waltz beat. Grab a chilled Martini glass & pour gently over your garnish which consists of 1 almond stuffed green olive sandwiched between 2 Danish blue cheese stuffed green olives. ENJOY!
The Scott Hall: 2 ozs. Boodles Gin combined with 2 ozs. Ketel One Vodka. (No garnish!) Shake vigorously and serve in pre-chilled cocktail glass. Best served chillingly ice-cold.

Cosmo Jewel: The Jewel of Russia Wild Bilberry Infusion - pour 2 or 3 oz. into a cocktail shaker, add ice and a good squeeze of lime. Shake vigorously, pour into a chilled martini glass and enjoy!
